What's the deal with the Traditional Latin Mass? Why is there an influx of Catholics currently flocking to it? Did the Catholic Church do away with it after Vatican II? If so, why? How many canonized saints were devoted to the Latin Mass throughout history?

Is the Latin language sacred? Is language the only difference between the Latin Mass and the Novus Ordo? Why does the priest face away from the congregation?
